Returns
At Potters cues we have a 14 day returns policy. We will refund eligible products that are returned within 14 days of receiving your item.
The item must be returned unused/unworn, in original packaging/with original tags. Proof of purchase will be required.

We will contact you with a return authorisation number and address to send your item to. Items returned without an authorisation number will not be accepted. Return shipping is at your own cost and we accept no responsibility for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
Damaged item
Orders must be inspected on receipt. Any item found damaged or incorrect must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt to allow us to rectify the issue.
Non-returnable items
Items used or missing original packaging will not be accepted for return. Sale items, gift vouchers and customised products including personalised clothing are also non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive your item (meeting the returns criteria), we will notify you confirming receipt and issue a refund using the same method of payment.
